The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with no less than 14 days' prior notice. Prices displayed within the App at the time of purchase are the applicable prices.

1. Free Services

The core tier of Ruumz services is entirely free and includes:

  • Account creation and App registration.
  • Unlimited Map browsing and Ruum search.
  • Sending join requests to any unlocked Ruum.
  • Creating Ruumz (including setting "Public" or "Locked" access).
  • Using the QR attendance check-in system.
  • Communicating via Ruum chat.
  • Receiving ratings and displaying Vibe Badges.
  • Building a Reputation Score as a Host.

2. Paid Services — Boost (Visibility Enhancement)

The Boost Service allows a Host to increase the visibility of their Ruum on the map and within the discovery sections of the Ruumz App, helping the Ruum reach more users during the selected Boost period.

3. Pricing Terms

  • All prices cited are reference figures and may differ from those displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at applicable rates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (currently 15%).
  • All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing or discontinue any service, subject to the rights of users with active subscriptions.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • STC Pay and other locally approved digital wallets
  • All payments are processed through certified, secure payment gateways
  • Card data is never stored on Ruumz servers

5. Billing & Receipts

Payment receipts are automatically sent to the registered email address. Transaction history is accessible at any time from within the App under 'My Payments'. Inquiries: billingsandrefunds@ruumz.co

Prices cited in this document or in any marketing materials do not constitute a binding offer by the Company. The final applicable price is that displayed at the moment of purchase within the App or on the official website.
